These website terms explain the enquiry and reservation process. Individual placement terms are supplied and agreed separately.

Website information
Information about cats, kittens, litters, timing and availability may change. We aim to keep records current, but a public listing is not an offer, guarantee or automatic approval.
Applications and reservations
Applications are reviewed manually. Submission does not create an order or reserve a kitten. A reservation occurs only after approval, creation of a private €300 deposit order, and manual confirmation that payment has been received.
Bank transfer
Current bank details are supplied manually by email. Bank details are not stored on the website. Customers should verify that instructions relate to their private WooCommerce order before sending funds.
Content and acceptable use
Website content and images may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Do not misuse forms, attempt to access private applications or orders, or interfere with website security.
Individual agreement and statutory rights
Specific kitten, collection, transport, payment and placement terms are confirmed in writing for the individual reservation. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
