Deposit Policy
The reservation deposit is part of a manual, application-led process and is never available as an unrestricted website purchase.

Approval comes first
Submitting a waitlist or kitten application does not reserve a kitten and does not create an order. Lux Maine Coon reviews each specific-kitten application manually.
The €300 request
After approval, an administrator creates one private WooCommerce order for a €300 reservation deposit. The order remains On hold. Current bank details are provided manually by email and are never stored in website pages or email templates.
When a kitten becomes Reserved
A kitten is marked Reserved only after an administrator confirms that the bank transfer has been received. A pending order, application acknowledgement or invitation is not a reservation.
Expiry or cancellation
If the payment window expires or the order is cancelled before confirmation, the reservation is not completed and any temporary hold may be released. Any refund or exceptional arrangement is confirmed individually in writing and does not limit statutory rights.
